Thanks, Edie. You probably don't remember, but we met in person in Reno ,standing outside the RITA's as we were waiting for the bartending to get his butt in gear and serve us some drinks. That was my first conference and I was kinda star-struck by all the hoopla with the awards ceremony. But I definitely remember your smiling face.
And egad. I didn't even think about the awards ceremony. Last year I was a stand-in for Joan when she finaled and couldn't go, and I was sweating bullets at awards time. I have a feeling this year will be worse!
Now that you jogged my memory, I do remember! Amazing. This time people will be buying you drinks, lol. Champagne--the good stuff-- would be perfect. :)

It'll be my first National conference, and I can't believe how things get more and more exciting. My friend Allison Brennan is a finalist for a RITA and you are a finalist for a GH.
