It's an ongoing thing on Thursdays for people who read your blog to get to know you. You can list any 13 things you want. I supposed it's 13 because thirteen and Thursday both start with TH. LOL Although I could be wrong and there may be a deeper meaning there. There should be a link to the Thursday 13 Code in the original body of my post.
